I have been trying to get Part 4 for days but it's just not working... does anyone have this?

It's not working for me either. I think it needs to be re-uploaded.
All of the Huge Files links are working for me except for #4, but I have three simultaneous active downloads from there, so maybe that's the reason why. I'll try #4 again once one of these finish. I'm getting a total of over 7MB download speed from them, by the way, so it's a very fast download.
