This is a serious problem julian71 ! You need to delete all the files and start it from the begining. They could have gained access through symlink or your site might have had vulnerabilities. Make sure you scan your plugins in virustotal and unrar them or make it into a zip file while you scan them on vt. There is a possibility of shell binded to your plugins that might have allowed the remote attacked to gain access.
