Got a few PMs asked how I got my viral blog started and go traffic etc...Can't go too much details, because I am not an expert, I am a newbie too...2 things are very important, content and marketing...you knew that already. There was a course shared here at BBHF explained the content part really well(I've tried to find it, but out of luck,sorry). The marketing part, no secret at all, I am using FB ad for paid advertisement, I setup about 10 campaigns at first, run $3/day budget on each campaign at the same time, keep an eye on them, don't just close the page and go out for fun, don't work that way. If you don't see a campaigns got result fast, just turn that one off, don't let it runs until spent your $3,stop it and go create a new one or tweak it. I targeting 3 countries: US,CA,UK...don't even think about other countries traffic, I tried and failed, so you don't want to go to my mistake. Before you go FB AD, be sure you have enough content on your site, that way will keep the visitors coming back to your site, don't go out and do marketing at first day. And one more thing, don't use sh!tty web host, be sure the site load fast, because no one wants to wait a min to open your website,ain't nobody got time for that, 2 secs for me, acceptable..kidding..be sure fast enough. This is actually kind of lucky thing to do, because if you got lucky enough, your FB ad will got $0.01 cost click, I am this lucky guy, and I raised my ad budget on that one campaign to $50/day... I told you I am a newbie...good luck everyone...love to learn more from others here at BBHF.
