EDIT:
I googled your problem and it seems like this is a common error with large size files. Some people have this problem others dont but they suggested to use something like Jdownloader or the mega.nz app.

There is no decryption key required, mate...
This product is almost 10GBs!!! Before I tie up my hard-drive space, I would love to see if anyone has already checked it out or put it into action and can offer a review of it or some information regarding this system because I could not figure it out based on the sales video that Anik made.
