Learn how to do yoga exercises in a fun and easy way with your children at home or in the park in 30 minutes!
Children Yoga for FUN beginner course is designed to give parents a hands-on guide on how to do a fun yoga session with children from 3 to 6 years old in just 30 minutes. Kindergarten teachers will have a quick tool of organizing a yoga class with a group of children in Kindergartens too.
It is excellent that you are a children yoga teacher but it is NOT a must, I will show you why in my course. You follow the videos and by the end of the course you can create a yoga class already! Have fun!
The short course includes:
1. Basic principles to organize a nice children yoga flow.
2. Basic rules of how to make fun in your class
3. How to set up the environment in an easy way
4. Warm up exercises
5. Sun salutation kids version
6. Breathing exercises
7. Partner exercises
8. Different relaxation techniques
and even more!
The course is comprised of :
1. Videos, either with voice-overs or live recordings.
2. Supplementary documents to download
3. Quizzes
You are encouraged to upload your videos, for example, on your private YouTube channel and I am pleased to give you my feedbacks. You are welcomed to ask me questions all along too. I also provide Skype consulting, please check my website for more information.
