Hehehe! You've got to love WSOs - especially the ones about making XX dollars every day on eBay. This 23 pages of garbage comes apart fast when put to even mild testing. First, arbitrage and everything about it are alive and well. I use arbitrage or some variant of it in lots of my business dealings.
Only this clown is pretty clueless about everything. It's clear from the extremely poor writing to the entire foundation of his offer. He is clearly an Asian guy as indicated by his poor use of English in writing, which is neither here nor there. He just doesn't even try to offer any plausible way to make money in this.
You won't make money with software and this speculative model using a few search terms and software you buy anywhere in Asia. You can make money on eBay with software - just not doing what he writes in this.
Here's the biggest issue though:
He proposes to do arbitrage using recognized antivirus programs in his examples. Only he proposes you list them as digital downloads from the vendor site. Then he will deliver the serial keys by eBay message. What is it that immediately blows this idea up?
eBay does not allow product delivery by digital download and transfer only - so what are you going to do?
A brief look at the exact products he used as examples show all the sellers doing product fulfillment by mail with paper key cards - legal ones. You have to deliver something to the buyer that meets three standards - it has to be authentic, a physical item, and, in this case, it has to be a working serial # in the U.S. (Assuming this is where you are selling.) You cannot do this using his method.
This tells me he has never done this proposed model. If he did, either eBay or someone else would get the auctions taken down. The "someone else" is other eBay sellers selling the same software. Of course, this is assuming you are remotely competitive with them, which you won't be. So it falls apart again.
All it takes to perform simple, even newbie litmus tests that involve basic math and even simpler research. Just a quick glance at his examples show lots of sellers with exactly the same titles he mentions for sale on eBay for less than he is buying them for in Asia!
So this entire offer is a farce! He doesn't consider any of the key elements to selling on eBay. The best shot he takes is treated indifferently - the thumb drives. But with both the software and drives, you've got to consider the biggest problem with buying from Asia - counterfeit products! Yeah, I really want to send Western Union transfer to a clown in China for goods I've sold to a buyer! NOT!

If you want a good laugh, download it. If you want eBay or other sellers to bust your balls, do what he tells you to do. But I think the whole point of doing anything on eBay or with anything to make money online is to actually make money - not lose it.
Simple math and opening your eyes will do wonders to keep you out of trouble with idiotic, speculative WSOs like this one. It was amusing to see his thread with zero posts and not even a dumb question posted. He didn't bother to create the obligatory and essential straw posters and validation network needed to make WSOs sell either.
These couldn't possibly be any key indicators about the value of this WSO, could they?
