I have just downloaded the .zip file and it doesn't look like a WP plugin, actually it looks like a complete php framework, you need hosting (php and mysql) and FTP to your host and install,

I've not tried yet, so take my words for like it is, Good Luck

Currently, the documentation for Fresh Plugin Premium is stored within the plugin.

Once it is installed please select Fresh Plugin Premium -> Getting Started from the left-hand menu.

Appears the easiest way is to register for free and they do everything else to get you set up. IDK though because it appears that somethings are missing. Maybe best just to register and see where it leads.
