Because I uploaded and analysed it 4 weeks ago.
If you check the dropbox folder you will see that the file was also uploaded 4 weeks ago.

Nope, I'm the creator of this (and everything else I shared here).
Open the software and click the second link, and you will add me on skype.

Does it need proxies to work with? Is all the views real?

There is no proxy support because you don't need it for the 301 views (which are fake).
