encoder or decoder. u can get free trial of encoder. 8.3 decoder from easydudes, just google it. I dont think u will find a patched 8.3 encoder atm.. afaik

im looking for 8.3 decoder myself, or wanna see if it is any better at syntax errors before buying it.

lol u seem to be on my case bigtime, theres an abundance of ignorance going about, ppl with englih a second language, often not clear on what they looking for....bad english in OP..and this aint even req section.so

Why are you so angry ? Let me not fully agree with you.
When you have to encode only one or two files, is not a reliable solution to buy such expensive encoder. If someone (like me) already has license for it, can to help another people and encode for him couple of files - for legit purposes, of course.
