Since I have previously used Cisnero's Real Estate software (2 editions), I can tell you on my experience he's not sending you a virus. AVG and Avast both send the whole program to the virus vault if you open it without disabling them for some minutes. I still have one of them in my desktop without problems. This could be the case or not. Make your own judgment. You might as well test it on a virtual machine.
