i see many people don't know how to send rep to other members
here is step by step

Method 1:

1. click on the reputation member that you want to give


2. click rate user


3. give the reputation + comment and then click add rating


Method 2:
Click Reputation button on the bottom of post

You have to be a SUPERVIP but I know some people leech and not giving rep it's cool though. Lol.
