Find clients by using businessdirectory.bizjournals dot com
Pick a business you want to target.
Then go to google+, create a google community for a business that you picked. Give this away for free to business as "foot in door."
Once business accepts this let them know you can help them with their marketing.

Joel, this might be your best wso ever. Not to day the others werebt great, but this can honestly make everyone and their grandmother money by mid week. I say that because you made 4 or so simple steps to follow and the last few or copy and paste.

go to google communities here:
https://plus.google.com/communities/create?hl=en
Build them a community for free and email them to offer it to them for free
they ask "do you do anything else?"
tell them they are not mobile optimized
they hand you 500 bucks
