Verry nice idea. But to make it work better (in my opinion), you sould add something previous to the click and go to register. Because the move it's too suspicious. If you can make something previous to let the people know just a little bit of where or why they are going there, instead of craigshookup, you will learn much more money.

i dont get it how would you change the link on the craigshook to ur affiliate link?

is the advert still up? This kind of advert is ghost-bait for sure!! I'd like to know how long the advert lasted, but no doubt even if it is up for 1 or 2 hours it would make a signup or so :)

You could purchase the Click Jacker 3.0 Wordpress plugin sold on JV Zoo. Easy way to cloak your affilate links.
