I have all his issues. Every dam one. But sadly, no way to make it into a pdf as its a physical letter, and I don't have a scanner.

If you don't have a scanner at hand you can take pictures
with smartphone or camera and create folders for every issue.
The file sizes will be big BUT you'll get the job done ;)
