I hear Penny per click 3.0 is out. Is this true?

I'm getting lots of click but no sale yet (I chose health products with gravity 5-50), probably should switch to using a landing page

so here is where i am at:

since my initial sale, i have been running ads and been spending very little for them, but no conversions at all.
This is pissing me off, as I am using products with good gravity and they STILL are not converting..

My last run at 149 clicks at 11 cents per click for around $16 budget and nothing at all.

Its Looks like People having Good Luck Getting Leads.
