I saw this posted in another BH forum and essentially it follows along the lines of Dave Preston from back in the day i.e. rent a hotel and run a seminar for local business owners etc.
Not to say that these methods don't work because they do (I use them myself), but essentially this is a 16 page PDF that explains how he worked for a company, got fed up and then started (according to him) teaching offline businesses about leadership, sales and marketing.
