How to update it from the wordpress dashboard please? I have something wrong here when try to update this plugin.

2. Second: This is an example of information when I go to the plugin. Printed version is still the same without renewal

I don't know why? but it not relate license key. License key only for update automatic only.
For me update pugin. i alway delete old version and install new version. you can install via ftp.
