CPVLab and Prosper202 has been dominating the tracking tool for a very long
time. But there’s a new tracking tool in town, and it’s getting some
great reviews from beta testers. It’s called Voluum (check the

Voluum
is basically a self hosted solution, so you don’t have to pay for a VPS
or dedicated hosting. The price you pay monthly is based on your volume
of clicks (minimum of $99 at $0.000099 CPC). It’s pretty affordable.
Now, their still under Beta but the good news is that Voluum is offering their tracking solution for free until March 2014.
