Any one plz tell me how to make exactly this kind of graphics, what software or how?

You'll have to re-up your image, if you want advice. Try PNG if the image is a JPEG,as that might show. Otherwise, you have pressed the wrong button on your image host link.

You can used both Photoshop or illustrator to do this poster. The bubble text on photoshop and the images of people in illustrator. If u don't have skill to draw it out in illustrator then get a done images and just add the bubble text on it. You may search a lot of free images out there for doing this kind of poster. Hope this help you little bit.

If I was you, I would just go to fiverr and get someone to make it up.
For 5 bucks you really can't go wrong and save yourself a boat load of time and energy lol

Do u know how to draw the images of people out, and where do u get this done images(about seduction)?

Just trace it out using illustrator if u need the same images as the result but yet if u don't know anything get someone done it for ya...paid $5 done everything on Fiverr...lol.

Done images can be find laying around the net for free and paid. Example:
