Here you go if you haven't found one yet. I've tried all of the browsers and several of the downloaders and this one worked best for me. Be careful though, some of them come with pop up ads: http://www.freemake.com/ This one snatches them from anywhere.

And it works nice, it download 99% of all videos what plays in web, yt too.

I upgraded to IDM 6.21 but still video can not be downloaded, it is protected.
