This guy is looking for suckers to make him more money and build his list. After you purchase his system, you are basically becoming a reseller and a list builder for the owner of this system. Every buyer's website is hosted by him and he charges $10 for setting it up. This types of systems have been around forever. He probably copy it from someone else.

If I wanted to do something like this, I would spend the $20, make the system better, set up everything on my server and pay commissions on everything else he is selling.
