Looks like most of us are stuck in the "Cannot copy APK" error.

I tried running as admin, changing compatibility settings. Installed/upgraded the version of Java included also.

Same d*** error.

Much rep to OP! Kept me from buying fugging buggy shitware!

then i have re-start pc, installed the "Java" that was in the resources folder provided by seller! , at the

end after the install is done, make sure it say "finish or done" then i have re-started the pc and then installed the software ,and it worked!

Also put on my phone , and all works.

It all comes down to Java and the setting you put in the software. (read info pdf)
