Can you tell me how to get a VCC(virtual creadit card) for free?

VCC are generated from an Online Bank account....Only a friend of yours can give you one for free. There will be an amount of cash on the VCC. So, its not free. You can check fakenamegenerator dot com to get a fake but kinda working CC for non payment platform. i.e a payment that doesnt deduct money instantly....like Trial without upfront payment.
