If you have no knowledge about the plugin then you should not comment. A good is way is that you should buy the plugin from wootheme site for $199 and check that the original plugin from developer also have VEX46e5.Webshell. Definitely you need database access to use this plugin, else there is no rocket science that will import product for you.
