Personally, I think there's no need to reverse engineer this method to figure it out. If you've read enough wso's and methods, you set these up yourself. Seller is offering the option of selling on Flippa or using sites as Adsense sites.

The key, is in the keywords you select. So the critical or most important step is keyword research for high profit niches like insurance, weight loss, dating, etc. Use Flippa to see the kinds of domains being sold. Use good keyword research tool to find niches keywords that are available in .com, .net and .org. Don't bother with the other .this and .that...

Then you install plugins like the Heatmap theme, and an auto blogging plugin like WP Robot (it's free here and it's the best out there).

That's it. There are other things you can do but if the keyword is right, you should have no problem getting traffic to the site.
