Nothing new, Cloak your affiliate link OR, copy most of the sales page for your product and paste it in your domain/hosting. Then run a ppc campaign for that link with bing ads.

This is very doable....
1.You need to find a good niche that has a problem that people want a solution too.
2. Then you need to find a keywords
3. put your site together, easy with a story as a review.
4. start bing ads to run to your new site.

You can make some great money doing this, I have 8 sites that make good money doing this.
