It can only be considered rehashed to people who've seen the other WSOs.
Personally, I haven't read shit about Fiverr in the past, and find this to be a pretty good product.
Sure, some of the content is pretty obvious, but there's a few nuggets in there I wouldn't have thought of without further research.

My conclusion is.... if you've already purchased/read a heap of Fiverr info, you probably won't find anything new.
If you haven't, then most of it will be new, and it'll hold value
