My video still on page one, #10 sometimes on 2nd page, any tips on maintaining the position ?

This has already been shared here. It involves the "unlisted method" which is when you send a ton of views and likes to your video before you make it public which is supposed to convince YouTube that there is a viral effect. This doesn't work like it used to, this method is pretty old. From what I've heard it's rare that it works at all nowadays, because YouTube have caught on.
This is shared on all forums lol, and method is way to much saturated.
