TL;DR: Use Microsoft Azure to create multiple face VPSs and get paid using PPD sites.

Review:

1. Register for a Pay Per Download site
2. Create a trial account for microsoft azure.
3. Use microsoft azure trial money to create multiple VPSs.
4. Use each VPS to run a circuit of downloads from a PPD site.
5. Earn money, rinse, lather repeat.
   

This should earn money, but I'm sure the ppd networks will catch on eventually. I would think it would be smarter to use Tor or some other IP address changing network.
