Hey Everyone!
I did a search here for "301 re-directors" and I thought I would add my contribution to the 301 redirects topic. I know, there's a very popular thread here already about a 301 re-director that comes with a lot bells and whistles but; not claiming to be and SEO expert myself, it seems like a backlink spammer (the included pdf guide is not quite clear to me) and my thoughts are - it might get you into trouble as far as the search engines are concerned. I mean, why would you want to send backlinks from spam sites to your money site and have it banned only to have to start the whole arduous process all over again repeatedly?
Like I said, I'm not an SEO expert and I'm not knocking the product - that's just my humble opinion...
Any how the topic of 301 redirects reminded me of a couple of plugins that are free and provide a simple method of redirection in the true sense of the word. All I wanted was a simple method of pointing visitors to a valid ink on my site and not have them leave because of a broken link and that's exactly what this does. Easy peazy!
Check them out and get them (or not) here:

Some of you may know of these already, but if you don't hope it helps you out. Enjoy!
