Also, when I go to use the video nova plugin to insert my video into the page, it only gives a picture and not my video??? It would def help if you installed this real quick so that you can see the problems for yourself and then I think would make more sense to you...thanks for your help!
Thanks for taking the time to reply back :) No need for a screenshot, if you look at the video demo you will see on the left side "autoresponder", that is not even an option from what I can see from your release?? I do not know if this is a test one or full one that you nulled, maybe you can let me know so I can see what is going on. thanks again!!

Okay so Auto-responder inside VideoNova doesn't make any sense to me. I haven't seen it in any video. The left side menu looks exactly the same to me as in the demo videos. Maybe throw a link at me if I am missing something.
Once again, I am not the developer of this plugin so if there are any bugs/issues in this version from the dev side, I can't do much about it. I can't release a version of my own. But I'll do whatever I can to help you guys out.

I installed it in order to test and yes it gives a picture instead of the video, only if you are running it on a local server like wamp or something. If you install it on a web server it will work flawlessly.
Thank you. I know you are trying to help and it is much appreciated! As far as autoresponder issue, please go to first page and copy and paste link for demo video...then look on left side of video screen you will see a tab called "Video Nova" and underneath this you will see "Social Media" and "Autoresponder forms" tabs....In the video you can see it on the left and he talks about this option at 3:04 mark in video...anyways, these two tab options is not even listed for me on the left (hopefully this makes sense to you) I believe this is what the other person was talking about as well when they said they were also missing some descriptions.
Please let me know if you have "Autoresponder forms" and Social Media tab on your computer? thanks!
