Has anyone actually made any Adsense income from a purchased site?

The sample site I saw used a clean, good looking theme, but the article content was average to below average.

These small, thin content sites are exactly what Google has been cracking down on, so it does not surprise me that there doesn't seem to be any reports of actual income.

From what I can see all the positive feedback is from customers who received new Adsense accounts, not from anybody actually getting any money.
