This is just a noob guide for ranking...you can't rank even a medium competitive keyword by following this...2/3 of the pdf is telling about how to create gmail account,the channel and how to verify...bla bla!!! This is for beginner,who don't know how to create acc...setup channel even...!

It's a standard local seo for videos, just as usual : pick a targeted keyword/business and location.
No competition, small amount of traffic.
However, I think that for anyone doing Offline services, it can be a good opportunity to impress a local client with SEO skills
