this method is around forever........ i remember it 2 years ago bidvertiser running promotion with 20$, i actually have claim the offer in the past 3 times with the same paypal adress before they uncover what i was doing that time...

Yeah i believe they have this promotion from last two years, but many people aren't aware about this.
