I was interested in ranking my fanpage for a couple of keyword and I was thinking to buy a service on fiverr to do so.

Do you think they are good to rank it? Panda and penguin safe?

Even in the Italian Google? (google.it)

How long would it take?

Any advice would be well accepted :)

what type of "fanpage" are we talking about here? If you're talking about a facebook fanpage, I'd recommend making a youtube video with the same title as that fanpage, it will help you rank up faster in the search results. Regardless of what type of website/fanpage we're talking about, youtube/facebook play a huge roll. for example. google you shall come across my own sledding video that's ranked number one, along with the facebook fanpage that I made for it.
