Hey guys, could anyone share Jeff's book? I've heard he's been sending the hard copy away for free, but I just want the PDF/Kindle version. I see it's been available in the VIP area, but I can't read that page.
Googling for this file looks pretty tough, as I got a ton of links to his PLF product, which is not what I want. I want his book, not his PLF
I found this link (included below) which seems to be giving the online version of this book away, but it requires to complete some survey, and I can't manage to finish it, for some reason. I'm including the link below, perhaps if anyone has better luck with it and then can mirror the book somewhere else for the rest of us, it would be highly appreciated.
