Hi..

I signed up for a Zontseo 'Defcon3'-Subscription yesterday.

Already I paid 24.95$ for one month immediately after the signup.
But today, 24 hours later, I still can not access to their the part of the website,
which is for me the most important.
I can login on their website and am able to edit my user-settings. But not more.
This is annoying. Since yesterday I sent them two friendly mails with screenshots of the problem.
Also I created a support-ticket today. But till now: no single answer.

Anyone subscribed for a Zontseo -subscription, too..?
Experiences?

I'm curious about how long they want to put me on the rack, yet.

It seems, that the support haven't got my mails.
So the after 3 hours of creating the Support-ticket,, Zontseo replied and resetted the password.
So my advice: Don't use special characters in your password; just letters and numbers
