Ok if u have sign up with copy.com then u able to get it. Much easier then, The step is

1) Make sure u sign in to your copy.com account

2) Go to my link

3) Click SAVE

4) Pop up windows will appear like this:

5) Click ACCOUNT
6) BAM!!! u got the file been transfer to your acc. Congrats!!

7) SYNC the files you have to your computer using the copy.com app. You're done!! (taking about few mins upon the file size)

Just a few steps hope this will help you out then.
