anyone know why the installer won't run and says it has a problem?

Have adobe pages open, tried by signing into adobe, run as admin etc etc?????

happens with all the programs after downloaded and unzipped from the links provided

What you have to do is simply create a new id (its completely free) and once you create it, it will automatically sign you in. Just click on any product link you want to download and it will automatically download.
