BUMP for this. It is possible to get the registration link so we can all register. I'm guessing the site uses Wishlist Member like all of the other sites this product/service creator launches.
The most common format this creator uses is:

The registration link almost always ends with those numbers. Now all we have to do is figure out the where he has placed his Wishlist Member folder.
