To be honest, the only reference you need for JVs is "from mediocrity to millions" by Jay Abraham. IMHO far better than this (though this is worth reviewing). It's a PDF, though there is an audio floating around too. The PDF is comprehensive and all you need. A search on Google will find free versions.
To anyone who is interested, like I was, in following up on Animal88's recommendation to search for Jay Abraham's free PDF "From Mediocrity to Millions" (it took me 45 mins. to find, as they're still trying to sell it at a high price) to complement this nice share, download here -
