I went to the Warrior Special Offer Page to try to figure out what is going on here. Here is my analysis.

This PDF is being given away for free with a double opt-in. So the guy is giving this away for your email address. It would appear that he updated the PDF a little (the change in the title to $400) without updating the Special Offer Page.

The PDF has some other flaws.

The title is "Make $400/day Recurring Income (Easiest passive income)”.

It is a 7 page PDF file on making mobile apps and generating income from CPC or removing the CPC and selling the app on Google Play.

The PDF recommends the app creation platform Appriks, partially because you can get unlimited apps for $7. That is no longer the case. 1 app is $10/month and unlimited apps are $100 per month.

So, this step-by-step plan is not all there.
