They are constantly updating software because of bugs/changes to YouTube.
I am running on Mac OS in Parallels, Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit, Windows 8 Professional 64-Bit and seems to be working fine on my end.
Wish I had access to tech support for you, but I don't. Due to the constant issues with their software, hesitant to make the plunge and purchase. Will try to scrape their forum for similar issues and workarounds.

This version does not work anymore.
Api upload is running but browser simulation upload is not run. what is the cause? How do it run??
More bug fixes, downloading and testing v1.68 tonight.
