It's included in the demo content install (Appearance > Theme Options > General > Import Demo Content). :)

As I said, demo content is at: Appearance > Theme Options > General > Import Demo Content. It's built into the theme, not a separate file.

No you don't need to update the child theme. It hasn't changed for more than a year (only the Avada logo has a recent time-stamp on it).
