could anyone link me to a good SEO to get traffic and so on

im asking because i've seen lot of SEO scripts and i dont know witch one works

Don't rely only one SEO !

You don't need any script more than an XML sitemap and some manual modifications, mostly Yoast SEO is what you will only need, also secure your website :)
