I was able to download it through the multi-mirrors link, however "tusfiles" is the only mirror site that still has the file available...
I scanned the zip file for viruses before opening and it was clean.
I have not installed it to a host yet, but I did unzip it.
I assume it is complete, although there were only 2 components when I unzipped it.
