Assume that a marketer has a fully opt-in list, legitimate emails, not bought/scraped/hacked/etc. Also assume he has around 50k new emails coming in per day, and emails contacts 45 days back.

If this marketer needed to email 1 million emails a day, what would be the best way to do it? Also, don't reply with your service thread link, if you do you will just be crossed of my list of people to use for setup.

I have a dedicated server with 253 usable IP's that are brand new, would that be good enough for it?

I've never done this but you'll need Interspire + PowerMTA + mods and maybe 2 servers so you can spam using one server and use the other server for whitelists. Others can chip in.

if you want to inbox maximum only fresh ips is not enough.. you need good reputed warmed up ips and delivery system which can rotate ips..pass dkim.spf.rdns.mx..dmarc records.
