I'm not saying you knew it was infected but a little due diligence when posting links from another site goes a long way. Did you get it from Themelocker? I only ask because they are sharing the same file.

This is weird...

i got it from wplocker and themelocker i posted it and i have copy pasted the same title they had. there title had the [PURCHASED] tittle. i never post stuff from these site first time i thought the theme was unique. i only post my own stuff.

I gotta be honest, I need to be over sensitive when it comes to my website. I do not use free themes found here. I only use it to decide which to buy... my means of testing the theme before buying. It's been a great help for people who do share themes that we can all test before buying instead on depending on the "live previews". But with this kind of infections found by our helpful co-members, I am not sure if I am willing to test drive this...

Someone should confirm.

And didn't we have a rule that before posting downloads, make sure to check it and post the VT results?

If I download anything its for that very reason, to test further development viability before I hand over my credit card. I'll go through this one and remove anything I find because it really looks promising.

I agree! I use shares here for testing purposes but not to use. I use it to decide whether I'm going to buy it or not. This theme looks great (live preview) and I hope it will look good when I start to populate it with my own stuff. I'd have to find another "clean" version of this.
