1 Sculpt the perfect profile
2 Find the right jobs
3 Submit award winning porposals
4 Close the job
Each section then goes into more detail, wthout any waffle; (that all took part in the first 9 pages). I will certainly be following up on this one it looks very professional and easy to follow. So watch out for me on elance...
