I purchased this pdf 4 years ago. it's a bunch of crock. Strategies that wont make a difference. I know first hand that if you want to to be the custodial parent then you will have to fight for it in court. It took me over 5 years to finally be at 97% custodial parent. 3% visitation to the ex-wife. Why? Because I fought to raise our son. Now she see's him between 8-15 hours total a month. I tried the 50/50, it doesn't work well. You have to fight for your right. Period!. Hire a Certified Family Court Specialist (litigator). That's the only way to win against a ex-spouse that does not want to you in your kids life. This PDF is crap!

I did a search on my pc for everything i had on divorce.I found 4 pdf's about divorce,2 podcasts (good stuff with good advice) and a torrent for a documentary about divorce - Divorce Corp and all of these resources might help you get an idea of the direction you have to go.You can also do what ocguy said and hire a Certified Family Court Specialist (litigator)
